Thanks for viewing our home-stay info in Tokyo.
We are a Taiwanese couple living in Tokyo, and rent additional rooms to foreign tourists for experiencing Japanese traditional house and feeling the charm of Japanese culture.
We have two tatami rooms and one westerner room for different needs of our guests, and the size of room is about 6 tatami.
We have two shared toilets, one shared bathroom and a simple kitchen.
Monday to Thursday: Price of the room (one person) is 4800 yuan, and extra 1800 yuan per person.
Friday to Sunday: Price of the room (one person) is 5800 yuan, and extra 1800 yuan per person.
Tatami room can accommodate up to 4 persons, so we are welcoming family.
Westerner room can accommodate up to 3 persons, which provides two bunk beds and one sofa bed.
There are outlets, lighting and accommodating space helping you use tablets, mobile phones easily when lying on the bed.
We also provide washing machine and dryer for our guests, so you can save more space in your luggage for souvenirs.
We have shower gel, shampoo and towels in the bath room for our guests.
Please save water and shorten using time when showering, and pay attention to the way of using Japanese electric boiler, thanks.
We have hot water, induction cooker, toaster, tea, coffee, jam, toast and dining utensils in the kitchen for guests. Please use electric appliances carefully, thanks.

There are three subway stations near my homestay, about 7 min walk. One is directly connected with Narita airport. There are supermarkets, shops, restaurants and parks near my homestay. We are only three stations away from Ueno(main tourist attraction area).
Kindly remind you that there is a small error of my homestay location on (website hidden) map, so when you arrive the location of “2-42-9,Arakawa,Arakawa-ku,Tokyo(東京都荒川區荒川2-42-9)” on the map, please refer to the last two photos in my album to confirm if the door and address sign on it are the same with photos. Please search for the nameplate “KO” on the wall, thanks! Otherwise, you may ring my neighbors.

房間的地板面積約10平方米。有兩間共用的廁所及一間公用衛浴，和能做簡單烹調的廚房。
收費為一個人4800日幣，週末及假日則為5800日幣，每多一人加1800日幣，最多可容納三人。
雙層單人床的床頭有插座，小夜燈及置物空間，讓您在床上也能盡情使用平板，手機等電子產品。
我們提供洗衣機及烘衣機給需要的旅客，讓長時間旅行的旅客能減輕行李的負擔。 浴室提供客人沐浴乳，洗髮精和浴巾，但為避免佔用浴室時間過長，請儘量使用淋浴，並請注意日本熱水器的使用方式，謝謝。
廚房內供應熱水，並有電磁爐，烤吐司機，茶包，咖啡，果醬，餐具等， 不時提供吐司 ，請有需要的旅客自行取用，但請注意電器使用方法，謝謝。
入住為下午三點以後，退房為上午十點以前， 退房時請將鑰匙掛回玄關的小黑板即可。
另外因為房內多為木製裝潢， 屋內全面禁止吸煙 ，且出門前請確認電器電源是否關閉，以免發生火災。
日本複製鑰匙不易，請客人們妥善保管房間鑰匙，房內物品，公共設施也請愛惜使用，讓我們都有愉快美好的回憶，謝謝。
除了這間溫馨小房，我們另外還有兩間和室榻榻米房，提共給不同需求的客人。

從成田機場至本民宿的交通：
由成田機場搭乘京城電鐵Access到青砥（Aoto）站後，在同月台轉京城本線Local可以直達町屋（Machiya）站，票價約1170日圓。出町屋站，步行僅約七分鐘，即可抵達本民宿。
此處交通便利，有千代田線、京成電鐵、都營荒川線等三條鐵路匯集。
上野：京成電鐵七分鐘可直達
六本木：搭千代田線23分至乃木坂下車。
表參道：搭千代田線25分。
淺草：搭公車約15分鐘
附近生活機能：
町屋車站附近有赤札堂超市、麥當勞、肯德基、日高屋之外，還有Dennys、薩利雅義大利料理、ガスト等家庭餐廳，Doutor、ucc等連鎖咖啡 廳、やよい軒食堂、和幸とんかつ、一本堂藥粧店、松屋、小型百貨Sunpop、橫濱家系拉麵店、Tsutaya書店等，應有盡有。另外，從民宿步行三分鐘 有荒川自然公園可以慢跑，生活機能便利。
